One-to-One Mentoring
Alongside commissioned work, I mentor with the Association of Illustrators and offer a limited number of one-to-one mentoring sessions for artists and illustrators.
Sessions are 90 minutes and shaped around where you are in your practice. Areas of focus may include developing work, building momentum, navigating visibility, or approaching commercial projects with clarity. The emphasis is on practical direction rather than general critique.
Each session begins with a short pre-session questionnaire, followed by a structured conversation and written follow-up notes outlining key points and next steps. Sessions are currently offered as one-offs, with the option to book further support where useful.
Mentoring fees operate on a sliding scale, relative to current earnings. Places are limited, and I only take on mentees where there is a clear alignment and I can offer meaningful guidance.

Claudine has been mentoring me as part of the 2022 AOI Mentorship scheme and its already been a very inspiring and uplifting journey. I feel very supported by Claudine as she truly understands my work, my challenges and goals. The mentorship I had with Claudine was a turning point in my career as a freelancer. I finally overcame my biggest fear of taking the first step to get started, something I had struggled with for nearly 5 to 6 years. I now can focus on maintaining a steady and productive creative workflow with confidence. Being mentored by Claudine, in these past 6 months, has been truly transformative. She helped me identify the disconnect I was feeling with my work for a very long time.
