BLOOD, MILK & TEARS - SOLO EXHIBITION

An intimate exploration of matrescence - becoming a mother.

“Blood, Milk and Tears” is a deeply personal body of writing and visual art tracing my journey through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. The collection mixes intimate poetry from personal journals alongside bold graphic visuals - reflecting the emotional, physical and spiritual transformation that unfolds in the making of a mother.

This work debuted as a solo exhibition at the London Irish Centre in March 2024, where visitors were invited into a deeply personal, reflective space shaped by honesty, vulnerability and creative experimentation.
