Ross and Gabrielle of Pretend Lovers expressed interest in creating a short film documenting my art process and its connection to running.

Delivery
This project unfolded with refreshing spontaneity. After an initial conversation, we watched for a clear morning and spent a single day capturing both my running routine and studio practice. With no storyboard or rigid plan, the shoot was an honest, open portrayal of how movement shapes my creativity.

Result
Ross and Gabrielle crafted a beautifully intuitive edit that captures the subtle thread between running and art-making. I’m deeply grateful for the sensitivity with which they portrayed my evolving practice - fuelled by motion, grounded in process, and shaped by daily runs. I hope it’s the first of many collaborations together.
